This 120,000 s.f. warehouse space was fully renovated to accommodate office space, conference room, restrooms, and warehouse racking for Sub-Zero’s distribution and testing center. A truck ramp and accessible entrance were added to the facility. All truck dock doors were updated with dock levelers, dock seals, and safety restraints.
