This project involved renovating an existing 15,200 s.f.  bowling center on base, into a corporate office for Northrop Grumman Corporation. Interior renovations included gutting the entire interior to provide conference rooms and offices for the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Human Resources Department. Exterior renovations included the addition of a new handicap accessible ramp, a new entry canopy, and installing perimeter windows for new interior offices.
